Our state-of-the-art investment casting foundry that includes two 250 kg. and two 100 kg. melting furnaces, enabling us able to produce an annual output capacity of approximately 300 tons. Our facility also features an in-house mold making center, a low-pressure and gravity feed aluminum die-cast machine, a cutting-edge machining facility, a testing lab complete with X-Ray capabilities, and a metal treating facility. These features allow us to provide additional services such as ceramic mold making, advanced machining, and heat treatment—all done in-house so your order will never be delayed while waiting for outside services. Depending on the complexity of the parts, you can expect sample development to take 2-4 weeks and the batch production time to take 4-6 weeks.
